  • an MA in Culture and Social Change and
  • a Level 3 Award in the Education & Training of Adults.

I’ve introduced meditation to more than 130 people including former rough sleepers. I’m experienced in shadow work, men’s work, and gay men’s mental health.

In former careers I worked in the charity sector, and before this delivered systems and websites for the internal and external clients of world-leading brands like Macmillan, nature.com, OUP and Oxford University.
